Healthy Flapjacks

Can’t resist the sweet tooth this summer, gives these a try!

Ingredients:

  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 60g coconut flour
  • 175ml water
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp. of stevia

Add blueberries for that extra kick

Instructions:

Place all ingredients into a bowl and beat together until all batter is smooth.
pour mixture into a pan and enjoy!

This recipe makes +- 10 flapjacks
